VIN Number
* VIN (or chassis) numbers can usually be found on all UK spec vans on the bottom right corner of each of the windows, this should be true for Elddis, Xplore, Coachman, Abbey, Swift etc.

Continental vans such as the Hobby range should have a metal plate near the door of the caravan displaying the VIN number. Geist VIN numbers are commonly found in the front gas locker box.

Window Measurement
To get the correct measurement of the window we need the aperture size.  To obtain this you need to measure across the aperture, half way up the window frame, to the middle of the window rubber on the opposite side.  Also we need to know the correct position of the window on the caravan.

Fridges/Heaters
For any enquiries on Fridges or Heaters, please try to include as much information as possible, including the make, model, serial number etc of the fridge or heater and a detailed description of the part required.
